About the Role

Littelfuse, a leading global manufacturer of electronic components, is seeking a skilled Molding Maintenance Manager to join its team. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the molding area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost reduction projects.
  • Design and implement preventive maintenance systems for machinery and molding equipment.
  • Analyze new equipment and technologies to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and evaluate new technologies to enhance manufacturing efficiency.

About You:

  • Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Industrial, or similar degree.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in management positions.
  • Bilingual.
