What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for detecting, preventing, and stopping possible losses for our organization through account analysis and charge validations. You'll also be responsible for proving or declining charges requested by establishments or colleagues who are assisting our customers while traveling or in an emergency situation.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is fully bilingual, adaptable, and able to navigate different communication styles. You'll need to have a strong understanding of regulation and policy knowledge, as well as digital dexterity and the ability to navigate between screens and systems. You'll also need to have high analysis capacity and risk evaluation skills, as well as the ability to work in dynamic environments.
