We're looking for a skilled Telesales Executive to join our team and help us expand our presence in the Mexico hospitality market.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to leverage your experience and expertise in telesales to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Cold calling and lead generation to identify new business opportunities.
- Building relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies for increasing sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in hospitality or Mexico calling projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with the Mexico hospitality market is a plus.
