Job Responsibilities:- Develop and Configure Cloud Applications: Design, develop, and configure cloud-based applications and workflows to support our business operations.
- Customize Cloud Instances: Customize cloud instances using scripts, business rules, and client-side scripts to meet specific business requirements.
- Participate in Business Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Cloud Releases: Stay current with cloud releases and best practices to ensure our cloud infrastructure remains optimized and secure.
- 2-4 years of experience in cloud technology development.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, scripting, and development tools.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and cloud modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB).
- Experience with cloud application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
- Familiarity with web services, RESTful APIs, and integration techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
