Senior Memory Design Engineer - Competitive Salary

About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Senior Memory Design Engineer to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing digital and analog circuits used in memory products.


  • Design and analyze digital and analog circuits for memory product development
  • Develop silicon-to-systems solutions from technology development to product validation
  • Evaluate and identify best-known practices and communicate to all DRAM teams
  • Perform verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry-standard simulators
  • Oversee the layout process, including floor planning, placement, and routing
  • Contribute to cross-group communication to work towards standardization and group success
  • Drive innovation into future memory generations within a dynamic work environment

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you should have a BS degree with 7+ years' experience or MS with 5+ years' experience. You should also have proven knowledge/experience of CMOS Circuit Design and Device Physics.


Preferred Qualifications:


Good understanding of ASIC design flow, including RTL design, verification, logic synthesis, and timing analysis. Experience in ASIC timing constraints generation and timing closure using STA tools. Experience in RTL development for logic or mixed-signal circuits.
