Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Engineer to join our team at Micron Technology, Inc. As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing digital and analog circuits used in the development of memory products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and analyze digital and analog circuits for memory products
  • Develop and implement design methodologies and flows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design quality and functionality
  • Perform verification processes using industry-standard simulators
  • Drive innovation and improvement in memory design

Requirements:

  • MS degree in EE or related field
  • Proven knowledge/experience of CMOS Circuit Design and Device Physics
  • Experience with Verilog modeling and simulation tools
  • Strong understanding of ASIC design flow and timing analysis
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in RTL development for logic or mixed-signal circuits
  • Knowledge of schematic entry and simulation using Finesim or Hspice
