Sales Executive Mexico - ERP Implementation and Business Development
About UsPortcities is a leading provider of custom software implementations, seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the sales process for ERP system Odoo implementations, gathering customer requirements and presenting Portcities' services to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on solution-based sales to create added value in custom software implementations.
- Manage relationships with existing clients, including upsell negotiations, account receivable follow-up, and credit management, in coordination with the project delivery team.
- Network to generate new leads and opportunities, contributing to the development of a robust sales pipeline, and identify potential partnerships to drive business growth.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in solution-based sales, business development, or pre-sales, with a focus on ERP system implementation or software development/implementation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships with internal teams, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and solutions to clients.
- Mastery in the art of asking the right questions to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Adaptability: A fast learner who can quickly adapt to changing environments and technologies.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, CMS (as a key user, salesperson, etc.) is preferred.
- Native/Fluent in English is required, while proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
- Candidates must have valid work authorization in Mexico to be considered for this position.
