We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Payroll Supervisor to join our team at iiPay, a leading provider of global payroll managed services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our clients, driving success through our values of Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, Accountability, Diversity, and Community.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, global mindset, and the desire to help build a great culture. You will have high proficiency in TRESS system and Mexican social security regulation, excellent written and verbal communication skills, organization, problem-solving skill, excellent attention to detail, partnering and influencing skills, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and a positive attitude and desire to succeed.

As a Payroll Supervisor, you will support your team in all aspects of payroll, administration, and client interactions, coach and develop your team to be client-centric and add value to all interactions with our clients, facilitate communication, proactively identify issues, lead issue resolution, provide guidance and support to the wider team, and liaise between internal groups working on current payroll needs which impact clients.

The role offers a competitive salary, estimated around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and experience, as well as a generous benefits package including Medical Cover, Volunteering Day, Wellness program, Gym support, Continuous development, financial assistance for education and professional memberships, and your birthday off. Requirements:
