Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for equipping our sales team with the tools, resources, and training they need to effectively sell our AI-driven SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Development: Create, manage, and update sales collateral, including presentations, product sheets, case studies, and competitive analysis, to ensure our sales team has the necessary materials to engage with prospects and close deals.
- Training and Onboarding: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing sales team members to ensure they understand our products, value propositions, and sales strategies.
- Sales Process Optimization: Analyze and improve our sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, including the implementation of best practices and the use of CRM tools.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
- Sales Tools Management: Evaluate, implement, and manage sales enablement tools to streamline the sales process and improve productivity.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide relevant and timely information to the sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- +3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role within the tech industry, preferably B2B SaaS.
- Strong understanding of AI solutions and their applications in the industrial sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and sales enablement tools (e.g., Outreach).
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales training programs.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
