About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Bekaert. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market share in the construction and engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the construction and engineering sectors
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expanding market share
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
