Sales Manager for Construction and Engineering

About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Bekaert. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market share in the construction and engineering sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the construction and engineering sectors
- Proven track record of driving business growth and expanding market share
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
