Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Leader to join our team at Carrier. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of human resources plans and programs to ensure the efficient operations of our business unit or department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate talent strategies, including recruitment, induction, and development of personnel.
  • Lead technical competency development strategies and programs in the organization.
  • Lead strategies aimed at maintaining a good working environment and employee engagement.
  • Follow-up and control of key indicators such as voluntary turnover and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with internal regulations, codes of conduct, and ethics, as well as commitments derived from individual contracts or collective bargaining agreements.

Requirements

  • University degree.
  • 3 years of experience in the HR field.
  • Advanced and conversational English.
  • HR administration skills, including payroll approval, BAP calculation, and operational incidents.
  • Labor relations and labor legislation knowledge.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to work in a team.
