Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to lead our People Experience strategy and operations. As Global Human Resources Leader, you will be responsible for executing globally key Human Resources processes related to the employee's lifecycle, such as HR Operations, Performance Management, Talent Management, among other key HR processes from remote locations in-country and out-of-country.

Responsibilities:
  • Implements globally key Human Resources processes related to the employee's lifecycle.
  • Provides advisory services to employees and managers on topics such as engagement, succession planning, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Partner with business line and functional Leadership Business Partners in executing HR and business initiatives.
  • Proactively seeks and resolves issues that involves employees, their leaders and union (where applicable).
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Human Resources Leader with:

  • 10+ years of experience in HR, as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner supporting organizations with a global presence in a matrixed environment responsible for Employee Relations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or other country-specific HR Certification.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • A strong understanding of HR best practices and designated country employment laws.
  • Workday HRIS Systems experience.
