About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for sourcing and closing new outbound sales leads, as well as responding to and closing inbound sales leads.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Sales: Create new sales leads, communicate with prospective customers, and ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Outbound Sales: Maintain a database of current and potential customers.
  • Inbound Sales: Respond to inbound sales leads and close sales leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of phone sales experience.
  • 2+ years of culinary (food & beverage) sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong listening and sales skills.
