About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Global R&D Delivery Lead to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving the implementation and remediation of cutting-edge Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to plan and execute R&D initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical capabilities.
- Lead the design phase of programs, ensuring comprehensive consideration of SAP PLM-related aspects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for system integration partners, orchestrating seamless coordination and integration of PLM processes and data across systems.
- Plan and deliver team activities, including system remediation and functional design documents creation.
- Lead cross-functional discussions and design decisions, ensuring products are fit for purpose to drive business needs.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in R&D SAP PLM transformation, ideally in the consumer goods industry.
- Proven experience partnering with business functions on transformations.
- Proven experience developing and executing successful Product Lifecycle Management projects.
- Experience working across commercial functions, interacting effectively with senior leadership.
- Proven experience managing third-party vendors delivering solutions.
- Strong experience integrating applications/systems throughout the enterprise.
- Familiarity operating in large, complex multinational organizations to create alignment for strategic priorities.
- Agility to manage and influence in a virtual, remote, worldwide organization.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and ability to implement those within product teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
