About the Role
Mondelēz International is seeking a highly skilled Global R&D Delivery Lead to join our team. As a key member of our R&D organization, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and remediation of cutting-edge PLM solutions, leveraging SAP PLM S4 and integration with critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with key stakeholders to plan and execute R&D initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical capabilities.
- Lead the design phase, ensuring comprehensive consideration of SAP PLM related aspects.
- Orchestrate seamless coordination and integration of PLM processes and data across systems.
- Plan and deliver team activities, strategize and execute system remediation, and lead functional and technical design documents creation.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of professional experience in R&D SAP PLM transformation, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Proven experience partnering with business functions on transformations and developing and executing successful Product Lifecycle Management projects.
- Strong experience with integrating applications/systems throughout the enterprise and operating in large and complex multi-national organizations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
