About This Role

Mondelēz International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data and Analytics (D&A) leader to join our Latin America region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development of custom models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support stakeholders across portfolio using agile ROI/KPI initiatives to drive improvements
  • Identify and incubate best-in-class external partners to drive delivery on projects
  • Work on development of custom models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance
  • Support the data strategy in your area of responsibility, which encompasses data collection architecture, data governance, and data reporting infrastructure
  • Build a professional and reliable team
  • Run the business analytics program practice using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver

What You Need to Know About This Position

Deliver the s4o9 D&A agenda successfully, which includes remediation of used cases on BW and GCP, along with new greenfield rollouts in supply chain planning and other functions.

What Extra Ingredients You Will Bring

  • Contribute to the global template and design and ensure LA regional inputs are captured
  • As part of the s4o9 data and analytics function, collaborate with architects and partners to ensure the technical design appropriately addresses the regional scope
  • Lead the fit gap analysis and drive scope closure for the region by partnering with s4o9 regional lead, D&A and other workstreams to
  • Accountable for continued adoption of remediated reports and adoption of new reports and used cases
  • Accountable for end-to-end delivery of the D&A scope for LA, partner with regional and global program teams and vendors to achieve this
  • Drive the communication of the technical changes for self-service reporting
  • Be a trusted partner for s4o9 regional lead and represent D&A workstream in the regional leadership forums

Job Specific Requirements

  • A minimum of 15 years of D&A and IT experience, with experience in managing cross-functional teams or projects
  • Strong leadership with proven experience to manage large teams
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of analytics experience, as well as traditional business intelligence experience, within IT or business function. SAP ECC to S4 experience and/or supply chain planning experience strongly recommended
