About the Role

At Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V., we are seeking a highly skilled Capacity Planning Manager to join our Amazon Logistics team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our last mile capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capacity Planning: Develop and implement capacity plans to ensure the organization is well-prepared for future demands.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas of improvement and drive programs to increase accuracy and quality.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to ensure decisions are made and actioned to enable effective operations.
  • Strategic Planning: Drive solution designs for end-to-end capacity building and develop long-term visions to meet yearly and quarterly goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor plan vs. actual and adjust benchmark productivity assumptions for labor planning.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • 2+ years of supply chain experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
  • English language proficiency (B2+)
