Job Summary

As a key member of the Marriott International, Inc. team, the Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Director will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of the food and beverage operations at The Westin Guadalajara. This includes overseeing the development and implementation of departmental strategies, ensuring the brand's service standards are met, and driving revenue growth and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED, 6 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or a related professional area.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Customer and personal service, management of financial resources, administration and management, applied business knowledge, and management of material resources.
