Join Our Team as a Business Systems Analyst


As the global leader in premium labels, we are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our business processes and drive growth through system integration.



Key Responsibilities



  • System Analysis and Design: Apply your strong knowledge of business processes to analyze, design, develop, and test system functions to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • ERP Software Implementation: Work with the Business Analyst team to implement ERP software in new MCC facilities, ensuring seamless system integration and process automation.
  • User Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with users to gather detailed requirements and develop functional specifications for new system features, enhancements, and reporting needs.
  • Data Analysis and Improvement: Utilize data analysis methods and tools to identify system and process improvement opportunities, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • System Configuration and Maintenance: Configure and maintain assigned business systems to support project requirements and changing operational needs, ensuring system integrity and compliance.
  • Knowledge Transfer and Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users, sharing best practices and ensuring effective system adoption.
  • Project Management: Ensure project requirements, timelines, budgets, and scope are met, maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders.
  • Report Development: Develop report requirements to support business processes and continuous improvement, leveraging experience in report writing and SQL query building.
  • Technical Liaison: Act as a liaison between users and the IT application development team, delivering custom solutions that require complex programming.
  • Data Migration and Support: Perform data analysis and minor programming to support data migration from legacy systems to standard business systems, providing user support for related issues.
  • Policies and Procedures: Ensure all established policies, procedures, and controls are enforced and followed, maintaining a high level of professionalism and accountability.


About You


We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst with 2+ years of IT experience in ERP system configuration and support in a manufacturing environment. Radius ERP experience is strongly preferred. You should possess business process analysis skills, system analysis skills, and experience with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, Windows Terminal Servers, Citrix, and database technologies.


A university degree in Information Technology is required, along with excellent customer-facing skills, including issue escalation and resolution, root cause analysis, and leadership. Spanish/Portuguese language skills are a plus. The ideal candidate should be able to articulate technical issues clearly to non-technical users and present ideas effectively to management.
