Responsibilities:- Control office access and coordinate staff badges with the property administrator under the guidance of the Program Manager.
- Configure and assign internet, telephone, and essential services in the office.
- Identify needed equipment and supplies for staff and coordinate the purchase with Facilities.
- Schedule and oversee maintenance and repair of office equipment and spaces.
- Manage and update program inventory of cell phones, laptops, furniture, etc., ensuring accountability through SharePoint and hand receipts.
- Handle disposal of obsolete equipment and changes in IT equipment assignments.
- Maintain, upkeep, register, and verify the company's equipment.
- Monitor and establish service contracts.
- Provide SharePoint and other types of training as requested.
- Develop and maintain emergency protocols for natural and man-made disasters and oversee the Civil Protection Program.
- Problem-solve arising issues and propose manners to streamline and improve operations.
- Establish priorities, review progress, and keep management informed of all aspects relating to the Engineering Services.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
