Join a dynamic team of hospitality professionals in the beautiful city of Cancun, Mexico.

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our culinary team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality baked goods and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare a variety of baked goods, including breads and pastries, using recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain kitchen logs for food safety program compliance and ensure accurate temperatures of kitchen appliances and food.
  • Assist management with staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in culinary arts preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a bakery or pastry production environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
