**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Marriott Cancun. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to recipes, quality, and presentation standards.

**Responsibilities**

  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food before use.
  • Safely and appropriately use baking and measuring tools/equipment/appliances to prepare baked foods.
  • Follow and ensure compliance with food safety handling policies and procedures, including personal hygiene procedures.

**Requirements**

  • Must have experience in a bakery or kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
