Job DescriptionWe're looking for a skilled and passionate Bakery Specialist to join our team in Cancun, Mexico. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts. You'll work closely with our culinary team to ensure the highest quality standards are met, and you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
You'll also assist in maintaining kitchen logs, adhering to food safety handling policies, and ensuring proper temperatures of kitchen appliances and food. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will make all the difference in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 2+ years of experience in a similar role or related field
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Culinary certification or degree preferred
