As a System Validation Engineer in the DRAM Engineering Group, you will be responsible for early validation of our products with customers' newest technology. You will conduct computer system-level failure analysis, characterization, and qualification of our products, using equipment like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and signal generators. Your work will involve collaborating with specialists in the Systems Compatibility Group and multi-functional teams to develop validation strategies, build automation for system-level testing, and perform computer and system characterization and failure analysis.
Responsibilities:
1. Leading Micron product qualifications with internal teams
2. Building and developing validation strategies for new or existing technologies
3. Designing and implementing automation for system-level testing
4. Performing computer and system characterization and failure analysis
Qualifications:
1. Experience with hardware: X86, ARM, Computer, System, DRAM, Intel, AMD
2. Experience with equipment: Oscilloscope, logic analyzer, motherboard
3. Experience with software: Python, Linux, SQL, C#, Golang
4. Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering or computer engineering
