We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Specialist to join our Real Estate and Facilities team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our company.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Answer and direct phone calls, take and relay messages, and provide information to callers
  • Manage service desk tickets, assign new employee workspaces, and ensure inventory is up-to-date
  • Oversee parking management, inventory management, and labeling of equipment
  • Process payment orders and manage courier services
  • Coordinate access card management and vendor interactions
  • Supervise maintenance activities and perform other ad-hoc tasks as required

**Requirements**

  • Proficiency in MS Office and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Jira/Service Desk is a plus
  • Fluency in English (C1 Advanced) and Spanish (C2 Proficient)
  • Junior-level experience in a similar role
