About the Role
Elevate is seeking an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to support the scheduling of related projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Administrative Supervisor to schedule audits with our clients and facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily practices of coordinators such as entering jobs into our system and daily communication with clients.
- Support the coordination team with related projects.
- Schedule audits for our programs.
- Coordinate with facilities, vendors, and clients to process service requests, schedules, and invoices based on client operating procedures.
- Be responsive to coordinator, facility, and client inquiries regarding schedules and related issues.
- Input and update service-related data in real-time in internal and client data management systems.
- Timely delivery of services by processing requests quickly and scheduling within client due dates.
- Ensure profitability of the region by meeting key performance indicators related to auditors/consultants' usage rates, expenses, and local sales.
Requirements
- Relevant educational background (Administration, International Relations, Engineering, etc.).
- 1-2 years' experience in coordinating and scheduling a team.
- Excellent communication skills (writing and speaking).
- Attention to detail.
- Critical thinking and results-driven.
- Able to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Good command of English and Spanish, both oral and written.
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Able to provide customer service excellence.
