Project Leadership Role in Manufacturing Technology

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Leadership specialist to join our Manufacturing Technology team at Bosch Group. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects within Robert Bosch locations, adhering to Bosch fundamentals and principles of Project Management
  • Work with customers, plant leadership, and development teams to plan and implement tasks, including Manufacturing projects, Line and System Relocations, and Product Launches
  • Develop and execute project plans, including Scope of Work, Stakeholder Analysis, Risk Analysis and Mitigation, and Milestone Planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechatronics, mechanical, electrical, industrial)
  • 7 years' experience in Manufacturing, Project Leadership/Management, and leading projects and teams
  • PMP Certification is a plus
