Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Directors and managers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Manage HR administration, including compliance and reporting, to maintain a regulated work environment.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Director's Assistant or in a related role.
- Desirable experience in the logistics industry, with a strong understanding of HRIS and Microsoft Office.
- Advanced English level, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Competencies
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS.
