- Monitor collections and ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in Mexico and the US, communicating effectively in both languages.
- Administer account control and maintain accurate records.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail accounts receivable areas, with a strong understanding of retail management platforms.
- Licenciatura in Accounting, Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel management skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Advanced English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in all aspects of the job.
- Knowledge of SAP, billing, and retail portals.
- Gross base salary of $20,000.00 MXN before taxes.
- Monthly productivity bonus of $2,000.00 MXN.
- Monday to Friday work schedule, with flexible hours.
- Major medical insurance and life insurance.
- Monthly food vouchers of $800.00 MXN.
- Home office opportunity starting in the 3rd month.
