Job Title: Community Support Agent
Reports to: Community Support Lead

A Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison, providing product information, answering questions, and resolving emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Listen to customers' concerns, issues, and questions
- Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise
- Recommend possible products to meet the customers' needs
- Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
- Help customers with their warranty, replacement or return claims needs and report them
- Process orders
- Quote orders
Education & Experience Requirements:
1-2 years of proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Required Skills/Abilities:

Patience
Problem solving skills
Salary: $19,500.00 - $20,000.00 per month
