About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Manager to lead the Product Management team for our consumer business in Mexico. As a key member of our Project Kuiper team, you will be responsible for defining product strategy and developing business requirements that can be easily translated into product and engineering deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop the Mexico Product Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy for residential broadband services in Mexico, taking into account local customer preferences and regulatory requirements.
  • Conceptualize and Launch New Products: Develop and launch new products, features, and functionality that delight consumers in Mexico, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Shape the End-to-End Customer Journey: Design and implement an exceptional customer experience, from product development to post-launch support, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Analyze Customer Pain Points: Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements.
  • Deliver Comprehensive Product Strategy Documents: Create detailed, data-driven product strategy documents that justify new features and functionality, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with business, finance, legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory teams to drive new features and functionality from concept to execution.
  • Thought Leadership: Establish yourself as a recognized expert across the Kuiper organization on broadband category trends, customer behavior, subscriber economics, and growth strategies.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Product or Program Management Experience: Proven track record of owning and driving product strategy and definition, with experience in end-to-end product delivery and feature delivery.
  • Experience in Influencing Senior Leadership: Ability to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights and effective communication.
  • Experience Working Across Functional Teams: Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to drive business results.
