**Job Title:** Human Resources Analyst

**Job Description Summary:**

Becton, Dickinson and Company is a leading global medical technology company. As an HR Analyst, you will be part of a team that contributes to the company's success by developing, coordinating, planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating all human resources management policies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Coordinate employee development and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Support teamwork activities and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

• Develop and implement recognition and appreciation programs to motivate employees.

• Assist in disciplinary procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Collaborate with the personnel service area to assign personal lockers and gowns.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Administration or Psychology.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• At least 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.

• Knowledge of Mexican Labor Law.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and influence skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

• High levels of integrity and trustworthiness.

**Work Location:** MEX San Luis Potosi - Villa de Reyes. Additional locations may be considered.
