Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert-level support for LDAP infrastructure, including setup, configuration, and architectural design.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure high-quality services within specified service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with senior client resources and C-level executives to communicate technical information and provide solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest development methods and technologies, and be a fast learner.
- Work effectively in a team environment, maintaining a positive attitude and being honest and sincere in work.
8+ years of experience as a Unix-Solaris System Administrator, with a deep understanding of OS and ability to handle day-to-day admin tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:Puppet/Ansible knowledge, knowledge of different hardware architecture, roadmap, and implementation, and experience with capacity and configuration management analysis of servers.
Work Timings:Rotational shift with 24x7 support window.
