Data-Driven Marketing Director, CRM Strategy

At Univision Communications Inc, we are seeking an experienced CRM Martech Director to lead our Lifecycle Marketing department in developing and implementing a comprehensive CRM strategy.
About the Role:As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business impact through data-driven marketing initiatives, ranging from attribution to segmentation to personalization. Your expertise will enable us to understand business needs, translate them into actionable insights, and advocate for change across leadership, Product, Tech, Marketing teams, and vendors.
This role reports directly to the SVP, Marketing, Customer Lifecycle & Personalization. You will work collaboratively to develop technology platforms and integrations that support our CRM program roadmap, balancing business requirements with strategic initiatives.
Your Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the vision for technology platforms and integrations that enable our CRM program roadmap.
- Effectively balance business requirements with strategic initiatives, providing leadership and managing execution for the CRM Martech stack.
- Monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and programs across the entire lifecycle of the funnel.
- Advise on systems integrations between channels for data and campaign bidirectionality across complex MarTech Stacks, CRMs, and API Infrastructure.
- Provide day-to-day expertise and technical support for key CRM platforms and integrations.
- Understand data trends and identify future data/CRM MarTech needs while ensuring future-proofing.
- Partner closely with other data teams to define business requirements needed for advanced reporting and analytics.
- Optimize our marketing data map to drive personalization.
- Ensure raw data is available for use through building tagging taxonomy, proper attribution, and enabling new reporting/analytics.
- 6+ years of experience in a CRM, MarTech, and/or Data/Product Management role.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Demonstrated ability to understand financial and business impacts of CRM, including new capabilities, segments, and personalization recommendations, and effectively present and garner buy-in for complex ideas across all levels, including senior leadership.
- Ability to manage varying priorities, work cooperatively, influence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, strongly motivated, and passion for strong teamwork.
- High level of initiative and proven ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to stay focused on business goals and communicate analytics insights to all levels of the organization, including leadership level.
- Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
