Job Overview

As a Senior Project Manager at Docplanner, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects aimed at enhancing patient support and satisfaction. Your role will involve bringing new ideas and solutions to our developing areas, with a strong focus on understanding user feedback and implementing policies, guidelines, and content that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring they align with strategic goals and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Utilize data analysis and project management tools to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement policies, guidelines, and content that enhance the customer experience and reflect user feedback.
  • Bring new ideas and solutions to the table, addressing challenges proactively and strategically.
  • Leverage automation and machine learning technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer service.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans specifying goals, timelines, resources, and budget requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management or a related role, preferably in the healthcare or tech industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with data analysis and SQL knowledge.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
  • Knowledge of programming logic and ability to perform basic coding tasks.
  • Understanding of AI basics and experience with automation and machine learning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with user feedback analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
