**The Role**

The Strategic Program Manager is responsible for providing executive-level program and project management leadership for Anthology's enterprise accounts.

This critical role requires leading complex projects that involve working across client(s) and Anthology's organizations, in both functional and technical capacities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Employ highly developed relationship management, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills to build rapport across levels of the organization.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and act strategically to build the partnership and recommend approaches and solutions to achieve client goals.
  • Collaborate with and lead teams and stakeholders at all levels of the company and client organization to provide consistent, high-quality projects, programs, accounts, and change management services.
  • Drive client value by blending traditional project management principles and practices with an Agile approach in the right proportions to fit large, complex, mission-critical, enterprise-level projects.
  • Take full accountability for the proper and consistent execution of all projects that are part of their project portfolio.

**Leadership and Team Development**

This leadership role will allow the individual to invest in skills such as active listening, coaching, mentoring, and influencing.

The person will focus less on what they do as an individual and more on what the team can accomplish by working together.

With this mindset, the Strategic Program Manager will learn how to build, mentor, and grow high-performing teams.

**Primary Responsibilities**

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of projects using agile methods with a high level of complexity, directly affecting Anthology's strategy to meet technology and business requirements on time and within budget.
