Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Project Manager to lead our Radio Access and Microwave projects in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects involving 3G, 4G, and value-added microwave technologies, as well as a deep understanding of vendors such as Nokia, Ericsson, and Huawei.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end projects for Radio Access and Microwave networks, including planning, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget changes, and ensure that all changes are properly documented and communicated.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Radio Access and Microwave networks.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI certification.
  • Expertise in 3G, 4G, and value-added microwave technologies.
  • Experience working with vendors such as Nokia, Ericsson, and Huawei.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally within Central America.
