Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to execute our digital strategy across various platforms, with a primary focus on e-tailers. This role will involve creating a full-funnel strategy to improve website performance, leading the adaptation of materials to increase engagement, and managing paid media budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement strategies to drive traffic to our official websites
  • Develop email marketing campaigns using tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, or Simon
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for paid marketing campaigns with our agencies
  • Ensure art and communication alignment across all channels, including digital, e-commerce sites, prints, and social media
  • Collaborate with our e-commerce merchandiser to achieve mutual goals
  • Foster strategic commercial alliances and partnerships
  • Implement regional calendars and adapt master graphics accordingly
  • Campaign implementation for e-tailers and syndicated content

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
