The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key areas:

**Standards Management**:

  • Develop and maintain electrical and electronic norms for regional (FCA Italy - EMEA) and global markets.
  • Ensure the avoidance of Engineering Specifications obsolescence due to changes in personnel.

**Specification Review and Publication**:

  • Review and process requests for the publication of FCA Engineering Specifications.
  • Release FCA Engineering Specifications after review.

**Guidelines and Training**:

  • Prepare, update, and distribute guidelines, guides, and formats required by authors/users for engineering specification elaboration.
  • Assign standard part numbers.
  • Create, prepare, and implement training material (EMEA) for internal users on system usage.

**System Support and Resolution**:

  • Resolve service and trouble tickets through DRIVE IT.
  • Identify and solve system errors (glitches & bugs).
  • Advise internal and external users on database usage.

**Requirements**:

**Basic Qualifications**:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering in Innovation and Design, Automotive, Industrial, or Mechanical.

**Years of Experience**: 1 to 3 years.

**Skills/Competencies**:

  • Software domain: Office and Windows, Gsuite.
  • Knowledge in Automotive Industry processes and procedures and normative specifications.
  • Desirable knowledge of normalization and standardization.
  • English Written and spoken 80%.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

Masters

Certifications (lean methodology and/or six sigma)
