About the Role

Kyndryl is seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator Middleware to join our team. As a Systems Administrator Middleware, you will be responsible for solving complex problems and identifying potential future issues across various platforms and services.

Responsibilities

  • Solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across various platforms and services.
  • Work with some of our biggest clients, including those in banking and retail.
  • Manage systems data for clients and provide day-to-day solutions and security compliance.
  • Oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients.

Requirements

  • Experience in web server (IIS, Nginx, and Apache HTTPD).
  • Knowledge of Linux systems (Redhat) and Windows systems.
  • Knowledge and understanding of load balancing (F5*, Netscaler).
  • Knowledge and understanding of APIs, Microservices, and API authentication (Oauth, JWT).
  • Generation and implementation of certificates for secure connections.

Preferred Experience

  • Automation experience, especially IaaS (infrastructure as a code).
  • Vulnerability management.
  • Microsoft Active Directory and federation services.
