Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with remote software teams to perform on-site testing and support.
- Work with the controls team to share communication and messaging information between systems.
- Communicate near-miss safety violations to the leadership team.
- Provide customer training and support, with coaching available as needed.
- Assist with ATP, UAT, and VTS processes.
- Support new commissioners on site.
- Ensure commissioning activities are completed on time according to project needs.
- Upload SAP hours and expense reports on time.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Computer Science Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English language skills.
- 1+ years of experience in software engineering or a similar area.
- Conceptual knowledge of programming languages (C/C++, Java, SQL).
- Understanding of continuous improvement methodology.
- Microsoft 365 skills (Word and Excel).
- Software testing experience.
- Manufacturing area knowledge.
- PPE and safety practices knowledge.
- Customer support experience desired.
- Strong communication skills.
