Business Solutions Representative

Viamericas is a leading provider of international money transfer, bill payment, and check processing services, with a strong presence in the United States and over 100,000 locations in 50 countries. Our mission is to empower immigrants to succeed and improve their lives through high-quality financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and service a portfolio of clients through telephone visits, generating commercial relationships to increase shipping volume and profitability for Viamericas.
  • Provide excellent service and solutions to incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients.
  • Carry out and document telephone visits to the entire assigned territory, monitoring price competitiveness and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Follow up on inactive agencies, creating business plans to re-engage and increase transactions.
  • Prospect for new businesses, analyzing market trends and identifying potential customers.
  • Provide service and support to field staff, ensuring seamless execution of business plans and strategies.
  • Complete installation of new agencies, developing new agents and maintaining existing relationships.
  • Maintain and increase the volume of transactions from the assigned territory, ensuring profitability and growth.
Requirements:
  • Understanding of the sales cycle, with the ability to close deals and negotiate effectively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of confidence and creativity.
  • Ability to multitask and manage business conflicts, analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Strong internet research skills, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire for success, goal-oriented and team-focused.
Working Conditions:

General office working conditions, with frequent travel required. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, professional, courteous, and motivated, with the ability to function well individually or as a member of a team.
