Vacation Ownership Sales Professional

As a Sales Executive at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, you will have the opportunity to deliver unforgettable experiences to our guests and help them make their vacation dreams come true. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with prospective guests and owners, presenting them with the opportunity to purchase our vacation ownership products, and ensuring that they have a professional and personalized experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with guests and owners to present our vacation ownership products and services
- Maintain a professional and personalized image that upholds the company's standards of integrity, quality, and service
- Achieve individual performance guidelines within established time frames
- Contribute to achieving overall site VPG and closing percentage at budget levels
- Provide customer service to guests and owners as specified in training and direction of management
- Maintain the highest level of company and competition product knowledge
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or higher
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Sales or marketing background preferred
- Proficiency in computers, including software knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional customer service orientation and positive disposition
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
