About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Infrastructure Manager to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for a technology professional to contribute to the success of our property management staff and support the implementation of technology initiatives.

Job Summary

The Systems Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining all technology systems within our properties. This includes monitoring, verifying, and managing the acquisition and maintenance of property-based systems, as well as analyzing information to identify current and potential problems and proposing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technology Planning and Implementation: Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work, ensuring compliance with brand-specific standards, budget, and capital requirements.
  2. System Maintenance and Support: Monitor, verify, and manage the acquisition and maintenance of property-based systems, ensuring proper asset management and regular on-going communication to create awareness of business objectives.
  3. Problem-Solving and Analysis: Analyze information to identify current and potential problems and propose solutions, ensuring that regular on-going communication is happening in all areas of responsibility.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of technology systems and infrastructure
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in managing and maintaining complex technology systems
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
