Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales enablement and support initiatives to enhance sales processes, tools, and competencies.
  • Collaborate with customers and distributor partners to resolve issues and improve sales execution.
  • Lead and/or support project teams and change programs to establish or enhance sales processes, tools, and competencies.
  • Provide operational support to North America sales offices and staff, including training and sales support assistance.
  • Work effectively with the Sales Specialist team to achieve sales and distributor productivity improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 or more years of experience in a support role, preferably within sales or operational related field.
  • Fluency in reading and writing in English language.
  • Strong competency with Microsoft Office 365 for Business tools and Power Platforms.
  • Previous experience in Sales or Sales support is desired.
  • Ability to demonstrate customer focus skills, deadline, and detail-oriented, devise solutions and improve processes.
  • Ability to organize/schedule both people and information.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a Sales environment.
  • Ability to self-motivate and manage time.
