Job Summary:

Rpmglobal is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to drive and manage change within our organization. This role will be part of our Employee Messaging & Services team and will report to the Manager, Employee Messaging & Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support organizational initiatives and technology adoption.
  • Identify potential risks and obstacles to change and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication during change implementation.
  • Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify the individuals and groups affected by change initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and resources to build change management capabilities within the organization.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Own and manage the engagement with users affected by organizational change to nurture adoption.

Success Metrics:

  • Successful implementation of change initiatives within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • High levels of employee engagement and adoption of change initiatives.
  • Positive feedback from stakeholders on the effectiveness of change management strategies and plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in organizational psychology, business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in change management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify potential risks and develop appropriate solutions.
