Job Summary

We are seeking an Operations Analyst to provide operational support to Relationship Managers who head a business development effort in the General Industries Finance industry specialty group. The successful candidate will prioritize activities based on the level of importance to the department and at the direction of the RM(s).

Key Responsibilities
  1. Marketing Support: Assist RMs with marketing activities by providing customer and industry research, and developing client marketing presentations and materials.
  2. Database Management: Actively maintain the Salesforce database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  3. Transaction Documentation: Assist in documenting transactions, and develop knowledge of the bank's credit and marketing activities.
  4. Knowledge Development: Develop knowledge of the bank, industry, credit, and marketing activities through internal and external training.
Requirements
  1. Credit Experience: Ideal but not required.
  2. Internship or Training: Internship or training program with a money center bank or regional formal credit training or equivalent.
  3. Accounting and Finance: Accounting and finance classes/experience.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills.
  5. Organization and Time Management: Organization and time management skills and attention to detail.
  6. Technical Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and experience with spreadsheets and modeling.
  7. Education: Bachelor's Degree in a business-related major, including Accounting, Economics.
