Job Overview
The FinCorp Projects and Portfolio Management team is seeking a highly skilled PM Manager to lead transformation programs impacting finance systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project management principles and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main Steering Lead for projects, ensuring they are led through the project life cycle, including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
- Manage non-exempt/exempt individual contributors and/or supervisors, planning, managing, and monitoring operational/tactical activities of PMs.
- Ensure new projects are staffed with the right PMs in terms of knowledge, experience, and workload, acting as a Resource Manager.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Management, Project Management, Finance, Computer Science, or any related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 7-10 years of job-related experience or 5-7 years of management experience, preferably in finance, project management, internal audit, or a related field.
- PMP, Prince 2, Agile certifications are additional success factors, SAP S4 Hana consulting experience beneficial.

- Customer-oriented with strong customer service skills, excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual international environment, showing flexibility and initiative, effective time management and prioritization.
