Job Title: Senior Program Manager for Memory Product Development

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our team in developing DRAM products from planning through qualification and product ramp. As a key member of our PMO (Program Management Office) organization, you will be responsible for achieving program targets as captured in project release documents. You will actively participate in the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and Stage Gate (SG) reviews of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Instruct, guide, and support your team, setting priorities, solving conflicts, supporting Program Managers with decision-making, and addressing critical issues.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings and periodic performance reviews with team members.
  • Assign programs to Program Managers and guide them through necessary steps prior to and after project approval.
  • Establish training (ProChain and other related knowledge/skills) and provide coaching for team members.
  • Participate in long-term planning activities, including DRAM roadmap and NPI process improvements, within the PMO and SBO organizations.
  • Drive lessons learned workshops to ensure knowledge proliferation and standard methodologies across the company.

Requirements:

  • A strong engineering background in the semiconductor industry, preferably with good understanding of memory product development.
  • 5+ years of experience in semiconductor or system development.
  • Able to drive complex development projects, work independently, communicate effectively, and have excellent presentation skills.

The successful candidate will have worked in a program management function before and can quickly analyze data and information. The salary for this position is estimated at $120,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
