Overview

Salary Range
The estimated annualized base salary for this position is $173,150.00-$262,650.00 in the United States.

Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned leader who can collaborate with senior leadership to develop marketing strategies and programs aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will have experience driving transformational change in partner marketing, aligning teams to common goals, and representing combined plans to executive partners. Key responsibilities include:
• Developing partner marketing strategies and programs that meet business goals
• Collaborating with marketing and sales operations to create an always-on view of partner-sourced pipeline
• Monitoring, assessing, and reporting on partner marketing performance metrics
• Providing strategic direction and guidance based on analysis of results
• Guiding regional marketing teams on partner strategy, lead generation programs, and partner communications and enablement
• Owning end-to-end development and management of partner marketing programs globally

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need 10-12 years of experience as a respected leader in establishing and implementing partner marketing strategies and partner marketing programs for B2B companies. You should also possess strong analytical skills, be able to identify areas for improvement, and drive optimization strategies for new and existing initiatives. Additionally, you should have a positive attitude, be team-oriented, energetic, and optimistic, with a deep understanding of partner marketing KPIs and measurement. Comfortable with ambiguity and proven ability to drive impact, you should also be a self-starter with drive to succeed in a quickly changing business environment.
